1. Who We Are
AI Queue Load Manager ("we," "us," "our") is a desktop software product operated by Michael Hall / conxion visual communications. If you have privacy questions, contact us at mike@conxion.biz.
2. What Data We Collect

3. What We Do NOT Collect
The following data stays entirely on your machine and is never transmitted to us:
- Your prompts and AI responses — all API calls go directly from your machine to the AI provider. They do not pass through our servers.
- Your API keys — stored locally using encrypted, OS-backed secure storage (electron-store). We never see or receive your API keys.
- Your queue history and usage stats — stored in a local SQLite database on your device.
- Your conversation content — conversation history is held in memory only and is never written to any server.
4. How We Use Your Data
We use the data we collect only to:
- Process and manage your subscription
- Send transactional emails (receipts, renewal notices, important product updates)
- Improve the Software based on anonymous usage patterns
- Respond to your support requests
- Comply with legal obligations
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
5. Third-Party Services
Lemon Squeezy — Our payment processor and Merchant of Record. Lemon Squeezy processes your payment, issues your invoice and license key, and manages your subscription. Their privacy policy applies to data they collect: lemonsqueezy.com/privacy.
PostHog — Anonymous analytics. PostHog receives event data with no name, email, or identifiable information attached. You can opt out in the app's Settings panel. PostHog privacy policy: posthog.com/privacy.
AI providers — When you use the Software to send requests to Claude, OpenAI, Gemini, Groq, DeepSeek, Mistral, or xAI Grok, those requests are governed by each provider's own privacy policy. We have no control over and are not responsible for how those providers handle your data.
6. Data Retention
Billing records are retained as required for tax and legal compliance (typically 7 years). Anonymous analytics data is retained per PostHog's standard retention settings. Support communications are retained for up to 2 years. You may request deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us.
7. Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of your personal data. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at mike@conxion.biz. We will respond within 30 days.
If you are in the European Economic Area or the UK, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
8. Data Security
We take reasonable steps to protect personal data in our possession. Your API keys and local application data are protected by OS-level encryption on your device. Payment data is handled entirely by Lemon Squeezy and is never stored on our systems.
9. Children's Privacy
The Software is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it promptly.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or via a notice in the Software. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
