1. Refund Eligibility
You are eligible for a full refund if:
- You request the refund within 14 days of your initial subscription payment (the first payment, not renewals)
- You contact us at mike@conxion.biz with your purchase details
You do not need to provide a reason, though feedback is always welcome.
2. How to Request a Refund
- Email mike@conxion.biz with the subject line "Refund Request".
- Include the email address used to purchase and your Lemon Squeezy order number (found in your receipt email).
- We'll confirm your refund within 2 business days.
- Funds typically appear back on your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
3. Renewal Payments
The 14-day guarantee applies to your first payment only. Subsequent monthly renewal charges are not refundable, as you retain access to the Software for the full billing period you have already paid for.
To avoid being charged for another month, cancel your subscription before your next renewal date. You can cancel at any time from your Lemon Squeezy customer portal (the link is in your receipt email, or visit app.lemonsqueezy.com/my-orders) or by contacting us.
4. Cancellation vs. Refund
Cancellation stops future charges. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period you have already paid for. No refund is issued for remaining days in that period.
Refund reverses a charge you have already been billed for (subject to the eligibility window above) and ends your access immediately.
5. Exceptions
We reserve the right to decline a refund request if there is evidence of abuse of this policy (for example, repeated refund requests across multiple subscription periods).
Refunds cannot be issued for charges that have already been disputed as chargebacks with your bank or card issuer. Please contact us directly before initiating a chargeback — we are almost always able to resolve issues faster that way.
6. AI Provider Costs Are Not Our Responsibility
AI Queue Load Manager routes requests through your own third-party AI API accounts. Any costs you incur with AI providers (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, Groq, etc.) are entirely separate from your AIQ Load Manager subscription and are not covered by this refund policy. Those charges are billed directly to you by the respective AI provider.
